Flowers are an important part of the Chinese New Year decorations.
The two flowers are most popular in the Chinese Society in the world for Chinese New Year are the plum blossom and the water narcissus.
The narcissus is considered to be very auspicious by the Chinese and the beautiful white flower which blossoms during the time of Chinese New Year symbolizes good luck and prosperity.
The Chinese New Year is coming……..which’s next week on 14 February 2010.
I decorated my house not only with the plum flowers, I also display my handmade Narcissus which was made of flower clay from Thailand.
Posted below are my clay Narcissus and not a real flowers.
So far, I have not seen the real Narcissus as it’s not found in Malaysia.
